“When you move, the universe moves with you”

This quote means that as you change, the external world will change as well. When you decide what you are worthy of, the external world  must shift to meet your new standards. This is the LAW.

Are you someone who wants to upgrade your life but doesn’t know how? All you need to do is remember this simple phrase. When you make a decision to upgrade any are of your life, opportunities will fall at your feet. We came to Earth for expansion, so why do we fear expansion?

The universe will ALWAYS support your expansion. If you view life as a chess game, the universe is always waiting for you to move first. Your “move” could be a change in thought, a new decision, or inspired action. Whatever it may be, the universe will reflect back your new state of being.

So go ahead, choose to upgrade. You are worthy of having a job you love, a partner you adore, a life you are excited about, and anything else you may desire. Becoming a match to your desire is actually quite simple. You just have to know in your heart you are worthy of it and expand your awareness to receive it.

You already have everything you could ever desire, because are connected to everything in the universe. Once you realize that there is no separation between you and anything or anyone, you will start attracting your desires at lightning speed.

Let go and be happy, feel the love that is always available to you in any given moment. You ARE worthy!

How to Let the Universe FULLY Support You

Did you know that you are fully, totally and completely supported by the universe NO matter what? You were created with free will and your free will is your right to create whatever you want. If you choose to focus on lack, limitation and fear you will be supported fully in creating lack, limitation and fear in every area of your life.

However, once you know that you will be supported no matter what you choose, wouldn’t you rather play in the higher realms? This video is made to inspire you to take the leap from limited living to limitless living. A positive thought is so much more powerful than a negative thought. Positive thoughts attract miracles, while negative thoughts repel miracles.

Start changing your reality daily just by changing your thoughts you think. Start to identify with your spirit, as that is the infinite part of you. When we identity with our physical body, we feel very trapped and limited. You are so much more than your physical body so start playing with the idea of expanding into your greatest potential. You WILL be supported to step into your greatness, so go ahead! What do you desire? Love, abundance, purpose, play, inspiration, security, magic, etc? Call it into your life, it is THAT simple 🙂

Theta Wavessss

By now we all know that meditation has numerous benefits to all levels of our being. Yet, maybe you didn’t know how specific brain wave meditations can enhance your life in a plethora of ways.

I have been playing with the theta brain wave for a few years now. I trained with Vianna Stibal to become a certified Theta Healer because I was so intrigued by this state we can teach ourselves to consciously access. The theta wave is the brain wave we access right before we fall asleep (and the one we lucid dream in). It is in the frequency range of 4-8 Hz. It is a state of deep relaxation and feels amazing to be in. It not only heals and rejuvenates the spirit, body, and mind but it also allows you to access higher forms of intuition and plays a big role in conscious creation.

Theta waves help you manifest your desires easily because you are accessing a state of unlimited possibilities. Many great minds have said that if you can think it, then that possibility does exist. Therefore, what you think of in the theta state has the power to manifest quicker into the 3D because you are in a state of unlimited possibilities and centered in Divine love. 

The combination of Divine love and infinite possibilities is where the miracles and magic happen. Opportunities for love, abundance, joy etc. exist to us in each and every moment. Yet, it is only when we are in a state that is open and receptive, that we are able to see these opportunities.

If you are curious how you can access theta waves yourself, there are plenty of resources for you to play with. Listening to some 432 hz music, binaural beats, and conscious visualization can get you there. If you look on you-tube you will find countless meditations to guide you into this amazing state.  In my business, I  teach people how to access theta brainwaves and the powerful and transformational roles they can play in your life.
